Found a alive white worm in the food. So, we ordered paneer peri peri Tikka. There was a live worm in it. I called out the waiter and he took the dish immediately didn't even let me take the picture of it. The staff didn't even apologise for it saying we didn't see the paneer. The restaurant is so big but they don't even care to check the food items before serving or cooking. Highly disappointed. Also, saw few cockroaches roaming around. Such a shame. It's family restaurant so many kids and families come over there for lunch and dinner. That is so unsafe. The staff was so so bad they were not even taking the responsibility.

One of the worst experiences I have had in any eatery. We walked into the restaursnt at 6 pm and the entire restaurant was empty. not a soul in view. We were made to sit at the entrance, then after 20 mins of waiting for them to ask for orders, they asked us to move to another even more uncomfortable table. saying they are booked out. We walked out without ordering and guess what still not a soul to be seen :) Never going back again for such ill treatment. cheers to management for the memorable experience.This one shall stick.

Worst restaurant ever. Do not visit this restaurant. Staff is so rude and service is pathetic. They never allow you to seat at the table you prefer even the hotel is whole empty and they will speak to you in so rude manner as if we are the beggars. Food- 1/10 Service- minus 100/10 Staff- Minus-100/10

We went for dine in and informed the staff that the chicken was smelling . we could not eat it and the staff was lease borthered
