Staff is polite and courteous, but needs more training when it comes to communication. Some of them end up placing incorrect orders or bring something else to your table. The hygiene can be improved significantly. The food quality and pricing is really good as far as the portion size is concerned. I love the duck roast, kappa biryani, mutton vattichathu and malabar parathas here. And I will always keep coming back for them.

Initially i was skeptical about this place ,Still went and found - Mutton was cooked to perfection and jolt of green chillies were star of the show, usually i avoid Maida(White Flour) paratha - but i had 2 and they were very light and soft(no bloating or heavy feeling). Meen Curry was having the typical Kerala flavours which is what we have expected and felt delighted. Rice were fluffy and light. Dalvada could have been a bit more spicy to kick-in. A Uncle was there who suggested and took order, waiters were decent and a young lady at reception was managing things well and also having an eye on tables for replenishment of breads and stuff. Looking forward to visit again...

Good food but the ambience is bad. Take less time to be on table. Like this on time service. They can improvise more by keeping the area clean.

As a Keralite, Mallu food joints excite me. I go in expecting yummy banana fritters (pazhampori) and Appam with Stew. The expectation was the same for this joint too. However, despite giving two chances before writing this review, there was nothing in this place that excited me except for fast service. Honestly, i don't even find the food very authentic from a Mallu point of view. Since they make banana fritters and keep it, you usually end up getting soggy ones. Furthermore, even the biriyani and other gravies didn't strike a chord too. Even hygiene isn't the best here. Food 2/5 Hygiene 2/5 Quantity 2.5/5 Service 3/5 Price 3/5

Food was not good - the day we visited this place. Water content very high in the curries (maybe a cost saving mechanism). Malabar porotta seemed to be from the previous day - we could feel cold spots on the food! Time and service is bad - we waited for over 45 mins and there were only few customers in the restaurant Rude reception staff or owner or whoever it was. P.S. this one was not our personal experience but something that happened to a Swiggy Delivery Partner

Pathetic experience. Ordered chicken roast along with parrota. I wrote instructions while placing the order, No Chilli at all. Called them separately to tell them no chilli. They said 'ok'. But it was next level spicy, to add they added extra chopped green chillies! Ended up in Dustbin, for it was unbearably spicy. They dont even care what customer wants. My first & last order from this resturant. Never recommend, if you want modification on your food.

Absolute Garbage. Asked for brown rice, delivered white rice. No salt or masala in the fish curry. If I wanted sushi I’ll goto japan not order from your useless, unhygienic tapri. The smell of the food made me vomit.

I have ordered masala dosa....masala in the dosa was fully raw the potatoes, green peas was not cooked only they werr raw... Donot order from this resturant and zomato is giving too poor service

I ordered chappathy and chiken roast but I got chiken curryy full of gravyy.And tasteless.very very bad food.I couldn't eat.I never ordered again from this restaurant. My money is waste.
