A very cozy American vibe place, wide spread like salads,Burgers, sandwhiches, steaks & cool lemonades and Mojitos. Recommended for a quick bite with family, friends & office colleugues.

Used to be a long term fan of Stacks and Racks since a long time and yet yesterday was a huge let down Walked in at 12:30 pm and we had to wait 10 min in an empty restaurant only to have to call someone from the kitchen to take an order. Cos no one was waiting in service in the restaurant. While the burger was fresh and juicy the portion was sparse for a 450 + Inr plate. 1200 Inr Steak with Bone marrow accompanying was stone COLD. Charged 50 bucks extra for tablespoon size avgs of pepper sauce which should come with the steak given the premium pricing Entire steak and bone marrow was Cold which isnt typical of S & R and if this new standard i wouldn’t recommend visiting the place to anyone until things settle in . Simple things such as cold water had to be requested repeatedly. Aircon seems to have conked as the extra fan running wouldnt help cool the place. Infra needs a major overhaul given the premium prices on menu A sad let down overall for us yesterday. Total bill was 2 K with svc chg but maybe a certain Steak sizzler house at Oshiwara would be a bett choice for buff eaters like us.

I ordered 1 cappuccino and crispy chicken stripes, coffee was good but chicken stripes was very hard after frying, it was testy but not juicy, feeling like it frozen long days and serve quickly.

Most of the imported items weren’t available. Food itself was okay, nothing worth revisiting

The food portions were very small. The bacon cheddar cheese poutine was only a morsel for the price of ₹399. The BBQ pork chops were very rubbery, hard and very small in portion size. All the prices are much higher almost double than what is shown on Zomato app.

Overpriced for the quality and quantity of food, the steaks come overdone when asked to be cooked medium rare, they also had a weird gamey taste and the staff refused to do anything about it when informed. this used to be my go to place but I was not recommend it to anyone now

Because they serve beef that’s the reason I’m giving one actually i don’t even want to give one star food is pathetic and overall service too.
