Amazing options for both coffee and food. We had hummus and a kimchi melt and house cold coffee. Humus was very flavourful, khaboos was fresh and the cold coffee was just right, made slightly sweet with jaggery. The ambience was beautiful with Christmas theme mostly focusing on the grinch and Harry potter. I would love to visit again.

The ambience was good. Ordered: 1. French Vanilla Latte 2. Mango Passion fruit iced tea. Mango passionfruit taste more like a rasna or tang. It could have taste much better. And vanilla latte was good but vanilla taste was very less it tasted more like a normal latte. Overall the experience was good.

The coffee is great but expect at least a 30 mins waiting time for the food. The last two times I went there, the food was fine but they take too long to deliver (even when it’s not crowded at all)

The place has exceptionally bad service. Inspite of having visited several times, the barista / cashier is extremely curt, to the point of being arrogant. Even the support staff has an attitude of indifference, a smile or acknowledgement is asking for too much. Also their policy of pay first is fine, but if a diner wants to order something else they need to come down again which even upon request is simply ignored. They take advantage of the location and lack of competition for their arrogance and it’s a matter of time before a place with higher standards of hospitality shows up. Highly overrated and underwhelming. Avoid unless you love to learn humility at a cafe.

I’ve always loved standby for their cosy ambience, their sandos and excellent drinks as well as their reading nook. However the hygiene and the cleanliness of the place, particularly where we sat upstairs is terrible. We saw a cockroach in daytime that i pointed out to a server who casually killed it. The water bottles also need to be cleaned. Used to be a place id come to often but the maintenance is now abysmal.

Food and the place is very good, the staff is just terrible. They are always fighting within themselves at the top of their voice even when you are sitting right in front of them. The inside is not quite at all. I would highly recommend getting a few trained people who know basic English. The dark guy is beard desperately needs to be replaced, he is the sole reason for all the commotion. Thank you
