Coffee with Chocolate and that too Belgium chocolate provides a unique combination which all Coffee lovers would like to have. On 22nd April at Starbucks Borivali Korakendra I was invited for Coffee Tasting. Thanks for the Invitation. During the entrance I saw warmth in air as we were greeted with Smile and warm welcome by the team. Initial connect with customer is important for Long term relationship and this Starbucks has learnt that art, Thanks to Manager Milind Manager for continuous training and mentoring. Coming to Coffee, Barisa served us Beat the Heat Belgium Chocolate Frapucinno for Tasting. It contained Coffee, Chocolate chips, Chocolate whipped cream of drizzle, Signature Belgium Chocolate. This is USP of Barista. We would like to thank Kora Kendra Starbucks Tean for explaining us in detail about coffee and taking down our requirement minutely. We enjoyed each Sip to derive maximum benefits and satisfaction.I was joined by my friend who is a Food Blogger too, we all enjoyed, it was delicious, mouth watering, yumm. we had informed our Taste and Coffee was prepared accordingly. Customer satisfaction is the Moto here, This enables customer retention as well. All in all This are Moments that Matter as a customer I would urge all to visit this Branch to experience this signature coffee as it is truly a Customer delight. Thanks Bhavin Doshi

Today I experienced why Starbucks stands out as a brand. I visited with a friend, and while one of the drinks didn’t suit our taste, the team handled it so well. Special shoutout to Rohan — he genuinely listened, offered us a few alternatives to try, and eventually replaced the drink without any fuss. It’s rare to see this kind of patience and customer-first mindset. Really appreciated the warmth and professionalism. Thanks to the entire team — you made our coffee outing memorable!

I always order coffee from the same outlet. The coffee is great and also the small details done with the packing. As good morning a small emoji or thank you means a lot. I always wanted to thank the person “Divya” who is making a small effort to make some one day by posting such messages and also with the coffee. Thanks a lot Divya 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I always visit Starbucks at The Corner in Borivali West. Today Arjun was the Barista I interacted with. He has a very good customer centricity mindset . Appreciate this as we don't find this much in India . Request to recognize him for this essential attitude in Service especially because Starbucks and Tata are in collaboration here . Starbucks Has Many Outlets In The City About The Place - The Cafe Is Located At Multiple Places In The City, They Have Small Bites Options And Dessert And All Time Favourite Of Everyone Coffee And Frappuccino , Simple Ambience , Quick Service , It's On A Costly Side. About The Food - I Tried The Choco Chip Frappuccino - You Can't Stop After A Bit , Chocolate Heaven For Chocolate Lovers , Whipped Cream Is Way Too Much Drizzled On The Top Some Chocolate.

The drinks are perfect on point no doubt but today I tried it’s food From 190 menu I had snickers pastry which was worth the price but sadly I didn’t like the nachos overpriced and not even good portion size . So slightly disappointed
