I recently visited Starbucks and was blown away by their exceptional service and delicious coffee. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and catch up with friends. Been here a couple of days back.This starbucks was my go to place months ago and it was good to be back here.Great service and as usual a great time here.The aroma of coffee!!!! Just takes you in another world!

I had visited Starbucks store at BKC, Capital Building, Mumbai and the experience was worst #i jst asked for less of foam in my cappuccino , when the order arrived i said the foam is litterally half of the cup and coffee is also not tasting when asked for change of the coffee , the coffee master there said he is working since 8 years and i dont need to correct him nd if i want change of coffee he will give but dont tell what and how to make …. Common im a gold member and the experience was humiliating … paid 600 for 2 cappuccino and plus have to listen to the insult … what attitude people working there have …

Went to the One BKC outlet today and was very disappointed with the drinks quality. I was definitely served an iced latte instead of vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It was without any sweetener which cannot happen with the vanilla cold brew as it has a sweet cream, it did look like the drink I ordered and it tasted exactly like the latte (I have tried both so I know the difference). Cannot believe a well established coffee chain could make this mistake.
