The service and ambience at the skycity starbucks is excellent. Shivraj at the main desk is really kind and helpful, they guided me well to get a 30% discount through the district app. Overall it’s a good, peaceful and happy experience sitting at this newly opened coffee shop.

chocolate chip cookies took too long to arrive. staff actually forgot the order. when enquired, one guy said we bake them fresh inside and then warm them up at the counter!!! mind blown

the boy at the counter was very weird in taking order and replying to anything. Even after specifying very less ice in cold coffee , they made the cold coffee with lot of ice in it. not a good experience

They have packed another focia sandwich instead of four cheese and hot coffee was cold not packed properly
