It’s really nice for friends which come as a group and order something . The last time I went was last Sunday, I had my normal iced coffee and chicken pot pie . The chicken pot pie was amazing it was just like my mom made when I was little . The iced coffee was good as well but the overall food was good.

Sanket at the counter was amazing.... He made sure that the customer is satisfied with the product and the service... Loved his humbleness and hospitality.. Keep up the great work Sanket

Very nice place for a cup of coffee!! ❤️ Truly recommend not only for coffee but the vibe that place gives. The food is bit pricey but the quality is absolutely amazing 🤩

I went to starbuck best coffee I had and prices were at value and worth it and there desert we delicious 😋

My first visit to a Starbucks outlet. Tried their flat white coffee. It's nice. Not to strong nor mild. Rating:4/5 The red velvet cake on the other hand tasted more like a mava cake with cream. In terms of looks, it was pretty. Rating:3/5

To being with I must say that the Starbucks outlet at Growel's 101 makes me see the STARS and when the food is served you actually why did I pay all those BUCKS.. There is alot of difference between the outlets recently visited the Borivali West outlet the food was fresh and delectable.. The outlet of Growel's 101 had stale food. The order was served very late first the coffee was served, 13 minutes later the food. We had to as repeatedly for our order. We ordered for the following 1. Carrot cake - Dry dry very dry - I felt if I poured water it would make it moist. The person forgot to give the sauce and we had to remind him.. 2. Chicken ham and cheese - the person at the counter said it would be warm. When it was served post reminders I felt I was eating plastic and wax. The bread was brunt excessively resulting in the cheese flowing out looking colourless, pale and slimy and tasteless we could not taste the ham . We had to change the food. Finally they changed to Chicken empanada, name sounds interesting but the taste is terrible. It was stale no words to describe.. The picture shows the food is cracked not appealing to the eyes nor the tastebuds. 3. Tall latte and Tall velvet Vanilla Latte - ok The staff - Shoheb explains the lack of focus on service is due to excessive customer turnout. So I guess they prefer an empty outlet. Sunil goes a step further to state that they had staff exigency. How does my experience stack up against the Starbucks Service Promise prominently displayed at the outlet - "Your drink should be perfect If not let us know And We will make it right" Please help me understand is the Starbucks' team focus only on drinks? If yes please stop selling food.

Extremely rude staff. Only money oriented staff members! I wanted to redeem a coupon provided by starbucks which can be availed at any starbucks. They were preparing an order and it was 9.55 yet they denied to give me my order stating the last order closes at 10! They were extremely rude! Even after explaining him the inconvenience caused to me, they were unresponsive and very ignorant! They made an order for someone else but not me!

I wish there was an option for a negative rating. Meena was extremely rude and made a terrible drink. When handing it to me, she gave a disgusted look and said, “Take it.” When I told her the drink wasn’t up to standard, she responded, “This is how I make it.” Coffee is about both experience and taste, and Starbucks ruined both for me. I did not expect this kind of customer service from Starbucks.

I went a bit late, around 8 o clock... maybe the staff was tired, maybe they are not properly trained... I don't know... bit the cafe latte I ordered was nothing more than hot water... when I complained, he said I will add coffee powder to it, he was not ready to make another blend ... he just added coffee powder to latte... I have had better coffees at roadside stalls lierally
