Starbucks is one of my favourite places to hang out. Starbucks at linking road has a very good ambiance and polite staff. My favourite starbucks drink is hot chocolate. I always make sure to grab a hot chocolate whenever I visit any branch of Starbucks.

Had Soba noodles with teriyaki chicken. Portion size is not really good but Tasted nice. You can order a lovely java chip mocha to go along with it, my favorite.

This Starbucks has amazing ambience, it's very spacious and has dogs and cats around so it fun for the customers to be around. The staff is very decent and cooperative.

Went there yesterday. 4 counters were open and there was no one to operate them. I waited for a good 5 minutes before I could find someone to place an order. When called, the server came and stood at another counter which was empty. Someone came in after me and he started taking the other person's order. I had to literally tell him that i had been waiting since a long time. Finally placed the order for a couple of iced teas. After the order was placed he comes back and tells me they are out of black iced tea. I wonder why they didn't check this before taking the order. In place of it we were offered a super watered down version of their hibiscus tea which tasted like ice water. The server also swiped the card twice and told me the first transaction didn't go through. However money was deducted twice from my account and when I raised this the server couldn't care less about it. He dismissed me by saying that you will get it back. I am still waiting to get it back. One of my worst experiences for both service and food quality. I guess when you are charging a premium as a default there ought to be some basic service standards you should follow. Highly disappointing.

Barista SIDDHI serves me cold coffee without ICE and makes a scene and tells me thats how we serve she didnt change my beverage to something else n made a whole thing infront of people n had the audacity to tell me go complain I thought starbucks is known for its HOSPITALITY but this girl SIDDHI doesnt deserve to be in starbucks and cant handle n doesnt know to talk to customer n serves me water coffee n that too cold coffee without ice n tells me thats how i serve starbucks i m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with your service n STAFF shame on that GIRL SIDDHI

I ordered a chicken puff on my visit to starbucks on a Sunday night, it was so horrible! Probably the worst I have ever had. The chicken was stinking like anything, I really felt like puking after the first bite. Starbucks - the hazelnut coffee is too good but please improve the quality of food u provide to the customers.never eating anything there.

The Java chip is too sweet and watery. All you can taste is sugar. And blueberry muffin has No Blueberry in it. Literally just 4 pieces which doesn't even taste ll blueberry. It's not at all worth the price. Bangalore bakery Rawa cake is better than this one.

The cold coffee made in Starbucks is with raw canned milk which doesn't taste good at all,all you can taste is the raw milk,not value for money at all
