The ordering process is effortlessly smooth, accompanied by courteous staff. Thoughtfully arranged seating enhances the cafe's spacious feel. While no notable drawbacks were found, a minor suggestion would be to introduce sugar-free sachets. Overall, it's a recommended spot for coffee enthusiasts, whether seeking a cozy reading corner or a friendly gathering with friends. I would gladly revisit and recommend this Starbucks for its enjoyable environment and overall pleasant experience.

It's always refreshing to visit Starbucks for breakfast. This time new menu items helped in selecting delicious food and drinks. Staff is swift in service with smile as always. It's higher on price but worth it once in a while 🙂

Excellent service by Renu and Niraj. The staff overall was cheerful and friendly. Inspite of the 50% off scheme and crowd, the service was fast and very well organised. Kudos!!

When I first started writing reviews, the last thing I ever thought I'd do was write one about a Starbucks outlet... but honestly, when you have a chocolate croissant this delicious, a review is sort of necessary. Packed with elegance and a peppy playlist, this outlet is the perfect place for a breakfast date or your first cup of joe in the morning. Each wall present here is tastefully decorated with several art pieces, that capture the eye and makes you smile. Of course, the restaurant's pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the large, colourful mermaid print that hangs on their biggest wall. So if you're a selfie addict who loves a good background aesthetic, then this place is definitely one you should consider going to. Coming to what we ate, my partner and I treated ourselves to a multitude of items off their menu: 1) Vanilla Cream Milkshake - Honestly, while it wasn't bad by any means, this drink wasn't exactly the best in our books. It tasted quite synthetic, with the flavours seeming just a little off. Our final score was 3/5. 2) Signature Hot Chocolate - We think that this drink could either be a hit or a miss, depending on what kind of hot chocolate you like. This one was created the American way and was, therefore, more akin to chocolate milk, consistency and taste-wise. Our final score was 2/5. 3) Cappuccino - Executed to perfection, we were undoubtedly happy campers when drinking this one. Our final score was 5/5. 4) Double Chocolate Cappuccino - While we really liked this drink, we expected a lot more chocolate in it. Our final score was 3.75/5. 5) Egg White & Chicken in Multigrain Croissant - In our opinion, the multigrain croissant really killed the eating experience of the entire dish. Instead of seamlessly blending into the flavours of the egg and chicken, the toasted grain came in as a smokey aftertaste that wiped out the delicious umaminess of the previous bite. Our final score was 2/5. 6) Chocolate Croissant - 100/5 ....that's it, that's all we have to say. Please try it. You won't regret it!

This is one of my favourite starbucks in mumbai. They always have the best baristas who experiment and curate new flavours. Recently vishal was kind enough to customize our cold brew drink and make it a strawberry cold brew which was tasting so good. Love to order the onion cheese twist here as well since its available at very few outlets. The reason im only giving 4 stars is because they dont get the latest merchandise quickly. Apart from that everything is great.

I love this outlet of Starbucks the staff is so friendly and I’ve made so many friends here. This place is my workstation and second home in Mumbai I always come by when I feel sad or lonely and people are so friendly you just need to smile and you’ll surely end up making a lot of friends The beverages and food is amazing And the staff is very cordial You can always share with them if you feel something is off with your order and they’ll fix it asap

This review is mainly for the manager Karim Rupani. A very unfriendly & rude manager such a wonderful team could have. Very unapologetic even when there is a rat pointed out to him or bad ac or bad wifi. He was Occupying a prime work table (charging points) refusing to get up even when asked to take another table vacant outside. Certainly not hospitality Tata group would approve of. Great team but a bad manager.
