Hotel Stars Parade is a great pick for a satisfying meal with solid value for money. The soups were absolutely amazing—flavourful and comforting (4.5/5). The chicken tikka and prawns Shanghai were also superb, well-cooked and packed with taste (4.5/5). The mutton seekh was decent but slightly underwhelming in comparison (3.5/5), while the rest of the main course dishes including fried rice and noodles were enjoyable and well-balanced (4/5). Overall, a very good dining experience that delivers on both taste and value. 4.5/5 👍

We had great time for Sunday and nice food . Evening time with super starters lasooni chiken , tandoori fish etc all food tasty tasty and sufficient in quantity in chembur area . A relaxed Sunday we enjoyed.Thanks

The place is not hygienic , the whole place is very smelly, it smells like washroom, the plates were untidy, we requested to change them but then too the changed plates were untidy too and they were cleaning it with untidy cloth. Food is okayish , but the smell is just pathetic

We ordered veg fried rice with dry manchurian. Unfortunately, the staff is so dumb that instead of serving the two together, they served only fried rice first which contained only french beans and no other vegetable at all. 20 minutes later, they served Manchurian which we had ordered dry but it came with gravy. In the meantime, the fried rice got cold. They also manipulated the quantity and told us that we add only french beans to the fried rice and no other vegetables, not even onion or carrot. Despite ordering Chinese, they were repeatedly (this happened 3 times by the way) taking back the plate of Chinese sauces. Even the salad plate was not upto the mark. It was cut so coarsely cut that the carrots had turned dry. Looked like the salad was a leftover of the other table. Even the bowl of peanuts that were served with drinks had mud in it. Horrible service and pathetic food.

I am giving this restaurant 1 star because unfortunately giving 0 stars is not an option in this app. They make the customers feel like a beggar and say "this is only what you will get here. Take it or leave it." Jain food was served with mushrooms despite specifying in advance not to put mushrooms. Mr. Prakash Biswakarma (the bald guy) completely ignored our complaints and didn't even show any courtesy to come up to our table despite of repeatedly calling him. I completely agree with all the negative and honest reviews given here. The quality of the food has deteriorated my leaps and bounds and the Mr. Prakash Biswakarma did not even care to replace the wrongly served items.

This restaurant doesnt even deserve minus ratings.. it's that pathetic. They literally need to close down the hotel permanently and stop spoiling customers weekends. They even need to promise to never enter the hotel industry. A few other tables also had similar complaints at the same time as us regarding the delay in serving, the quality of food and the harsh body language of Mr. Prakash Biswakarma. Also verbally, he spoke badly to us and treated us like he was serving us food for free and doing an obligation on us. The food was absolutely bland and pathetic. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst service and worst staff ever.

The worst place one can ever go to, the management never accepts their mistake ever, despite of giving food instructions they are expert at making the same mistake again and again and will never their mistake ever. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

The worst hotel ever. Worst management. Even u have experienced similar problems. Horrible body language and attitude problems of the staff and even more so horrible food and ofcourse order goof ups. Shall never recommend this place to anyone.
