This is around my 4th time at Sthamba, and as usual, a banger of a night. Immaculate vibes, yum food, and obviously the refreshing beer with all the new flavours to try out.

Ambience nice and food is decent too. Some of the beers are too experimental, and not worth trying. The waiter asked for a tip 3-4 times while paying the bill and even after. Staff etiquette could be better

There is a difference between customer service and making customers regret walking into your restaurant. Unfortunately, your staff seems to have mastered the latter. The level of service we experienced was nothing short of pathetic. Your staff needs a serious lesson in basic manners, professionalism, and the very concept of hospitality. Customers come to a restaurant to enjoy their food and spend quality time together, not to be watched like hawks, have staff constantly hovering over their plates, and be made to feel as though they are overstaying their welcome. For 30–40 minutes, your staff kept hovering around our table, peering into our plates and creating an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere. The restaurant was practically empty, yet your staff behaved as though we were occupying the last two plates in the establishment and holding up some imaginary queue outside. Who exactly were we being rushed for? There was nobody waiting, and absolutely no reason to make paying customers fee
