I want to complain about my bad experience at Street Style by Punjab Grill. My order amount was ₹103 and after the 20% offer it came to around ₹80, but the staff refused to accept the payment and said it was “not under their terms and conditions.” When I asked them to show the policy, they said they had no written proof. The staff was also very rude and told me “Don’t order here” and “You can complain anywhere.” This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Please look into this matter and take appropriate action.

Very disappointing experience. The lachha paratha and tandoori roti were clearly made from stale dough, and the dal makhani tasted old as well. Nothing seemed freshly prepared—it felt like leftover food was being served. I had to get the chapatis replaced with naan. The sour taste of the paranthas strongly indicated it was from old/stale dough. Ever since I ate this, I’ve been experiencing a very strange taste in my mouth along with unpleasant burps, and it has clearly been difficult to digest. Overall, a very poor experience.

Ordered a tandoori seekh paretha roll take away, it was so unappetising, a seekh roll wrapped in a dry Maida roti which was so dry it was cracking. Seriously guys what wrong with this kitchen.!
