pathetic is the best word. Spoiling reputed name of Suveg which is in Borivali West near Indraprastha. We ordered food at 8.05pm, but the order was not ready until 8.45pm, we called to check status, His reply was "Delivery boy has left and will deliver soon". Even after the 15min wait there was no one to deliver food. We stay just 3min walk from this so-called hotel. Finally we visited personally at around 8.45-50pm, and to our surprise the order was not even ready. To note there wasn't heavy occupancy despite which it took 1 hour. It was such an embarrassing situation in front of our guests for whom we had ordered the food. A pure and pathetic example of an unprofessional group of people. Request all, not to order or visit this place ever. Sometime back we had ordered allu batata wada, which literally had a whole piece of allu instead of smashed allu filing. True to the dish name batata wada - you will literally get batata as a whole 😃

Toast sandwich 1/5 it was served cold. The toast was so dry. No masala inside. No butter applied. It was a struggle to swallow it down. Rawa Masala- 1/5 Dosa was not crispy. Sambhar and chutney had no taste. Clear Soup - 4/5. This was a good start but food was terrible. No recommended. Will not visit again.
