I had a wonderful experience at Subko Cacao – the ambiance was amazing, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious! The staff was super friendly too. Can't wait to visit again soon! ❤️

Ate the harissa grilled cheese was ok. They didn’t have tabasco nor ketchup. It’s a cafe in India, they should have at least one of the two

We visited Subko for breakfast and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food on display had flies on it, which was quite off putting. We ordered the Harissa Chicken Grill Sandwich, and both my friend and I ended up with severe food poisoning and an upset stomach afterward. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

Valet shuts at 10 PM despite the café being open till 11 PM. Coffee was served warm and refused to be reheated. At 10:30 PM, we were asked to pay as the kitchen was “closed,” faced a rude remark (“Still sitting na?”), and waited long for change.

The Americano was noticeably sour, disappointing for a place that should excel at coffee. The indoor mosquito issue made the experience uncomfortable, and the pricing felt unjustified for the overall experience.

The service was really poor. The waiters would not come upon being called for table/menu/order. Really had to get their attention in order to speak to them. And they had overall an unwelcoming approach.
