I went to this subway a few weeks back where they told there’s a change in policy where they offer only 3 sauces in sub even if order from the store. Apparently the guy said, they have a new policy where you can put any 3 sauces but pay full price. Whereas i went to another outlet of sub in the same week but they weren’t aware of any such policy. I am not sure how much of this is true

I was roaming around the mall with nothing to do. My hunger strike and I spotted Subway. I wanted to try their Sub Craver menu for so long. The subs from sub Craver are non-customisable. The Tandoori paneer sub was spot on freshly made in front of the eyes and it was really above my expectations

Was hungry after shopping for hours. Chicken tikka salad and coke. Salads with chickenbtikka from Subway was so satisfying

Not sure if its a Subway policy or a store issue but all orders have to placed online (while the advert displays that as an OPTION to "skip the queue"). Furthermore paying using this option requires registering on PayTM specifically. No card or other UPI options available.

An hour back a veggie patty subway was ordered for dinning in by my mom as she is senior she was told to sit on table till it was prepared when done she was aked to take it...whilst eating she realised it had no patty no salt pepper and no aded sauce not properly made. This is not 1st time in phoenix even the delivery preparation is pathetic. Ratings will be down. They donot care for customers and no interest in preparing right subway. She did not complain for missing patty as she doesnt argue at this age. Stop fooling people and overcharging them wether online order or dining in. Shameless attitude. Worst outlet.

This subway is by far the worst outlet I have been to or ordered from! Its a good thing that zomato is accountable and gives you a refund even though its the restaurant outlet that doesnt give a flying f for the customer and their experience. I wish i could give it a 0/5 but i guess i have to give these people a 1.

The staff was awful, I ordered for a veggie delight with a cheese pull, the staff didn’t add the pull and did not follow the instructions at all. The staff member was laughing at our choice of sauces and proceeded to add her own choice of sauces. Horrible experience.

The food was cold, and my request was ignored, and everything was wrong. Additional amounts were taken for cheese and Mazrola cheese, and it was not added. A sauce was added that I did not order. Please return the amount

I had order panner tikka sandwich with extra panner and extra cheese all the stuff we’re missing and many vegetables were missing.
