Had ordered Aloo Patty received Veg delight & Veg crispers were hardly 2-3 pieces. Unpleasant experience & was not provided with a proper resolution. Negligence at its peak..

I had ordered one of new addition in the Menu which is veg nachos and I strongly regret it! After looking at the picture you can see what they have served (priced 150) they baked the crumbled nachos on paper and the paper below was literally sticking to the food served. Do you expect people to eat the paper too with the food. Really disappointed with this. I did not eat it and returned it as it is to the staff and they took it away without showing any concern to replace to it. I have had really good experiences in Subway outlets before but this one was really bad. The staff behaviour was really rude and irresponsible as if they’re doing some meherbani on customers.

we ordered newly launched chilly cheese allo patty but in that subway we did not get any sauses or any other vages accept tomato onion and capcicum that also so less not taste at all and with that we ordered cheesy tost all chess of that has sticked to the packet worst experience never order from Zomato or any other online app

Absolutely pathetic service. They don’t make the subs or salads properly. Always in a hurry and don’t follow the instructions given. No adequate veggies, no adequate sauce… You will have to constantly ask for more 2-3 times while they are making your order. Highly disappointing staff.
