This is probably the best run subway outlet in Mumbai! I have been to atleast 15 of them but the Marol outlet is miles ahead! Shubham and Tejaswini are great at customer service and always do a great job! Keep it up!

I recently visited the Marol outlet and I must say it's super clean compared to other ones. The staff is courteous and the services were prompt. I had a takeaway of Chicken Tandoori Sub which was scrumptious

This morning I recieved a frozen sandwich from when I called this place this guy tells me to send a picture in review, I said how can you check temperature on pic, with lot attitude he said if you are regular customer you should know what you get, I said if you send me regular temperature I am ok I order in early morning morning because I cant go to kitchen and you send me frozen food.. he kept arguing, I asked where are you he said Andheri and disconnected .. this is really too horrible for a big name but big shame .. I will post this as much as I can on all social media platforms I have his call records too, he says you ordered cold cuts so you obviously get frozen stuff, also he says if you are regular customer you should know he insulted me big time and hung up on my face

I order a tandoori paneer craver , but the paneer patty was rock hard not chewable . it was thin flour coating patty instead of panner and full of vegetables u need to find that paneer in ur mouth while eating. I just took one bite and it was so hard I cannot eat it. I was so hungry at 4 am bit had to sleep hungry

I ordered peri-peri chicken subway at 4:30 am. i don’t understand whether the staff out there was in sleep or something the bread was stale as well very less chicken. The entire bread was just dipped into the sauces that’s all. very bad quality.

Very bad quality. There was hardly any tofu in the tofu salad. There was no mexican patty in the sub not cheese of lettuce. The veggies were not as stated and felt like they were beyond the shelf life

Worst subway ever. They don’t make sub as per our instructions all wrong veggies added and wrong bread selected and hardly any filling was there

Pathetic service and food. I found Chicken pieces in my veggie delight sandwich.
