I ordered 2 veggie sandwiches, while placing the order, it showed a delivery time of 35 mins. The moment the order was placed, it went to 55 mins. for about an hour, it showed as preparing the meal. When I called the restaurant to enquire about my order, I was told that the order had been dispatched. I knew they were lying because the delivery guy hadn't even reached. And I was then told by the manager to cancel the order from my end. Even Zomato refused to accept that it's the restaurant's fault and I was told that I will be penalised if I cancel the order. Worst experience, my daughter was hungry and was made to wait for more than 2 hours for a simple sandwich!

Ordered veggie sandwich, they gave only a few veggies(left out others) and no sauce. When I called they directly said go and put a complaint to Zomato. Should’ve not taken orders if you had no veggies or sauces left???? After reading other reviews I’m surprised this outlet is still listed on Zomato. Their staff is completely disinterested and disrespectful. Seems like some fraud outlet. Please do not order from this branch.

They are in nanavati hospital and the security doesnt allow to enter the premises for the rider .. these ppl will not deliver the order outside ... you order may take 2 hours to come ... pathetic service from this outlet.. if u are a late night eater avoid this one .. they dont even pick up calls .. pathic.. rating

I ORDERED EXTRA CHEESE IN MY SALAD, FORGET EXTRA THEY DID NOT PUT ANY CHESSE AT ALL!!! AFTER I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THEM THEY HEARD MY COMPLAIN AND CUT MY CALL AND THEN DID NOT RECV MY CALLS!!!! THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IS UNACCEPTABLE

This franchise is an absolute fraud, they are really very unprofessional and don’t value the time of the customer, I recommend everyone to NOT order from this place.

they sent me the wrong order and the number isn’t accessible at all, no one answers the phone and i haven’t gotten a refund for my food which is cold and i edible

Try not to order from here. Worst Subway outlet. They never follow instructions and if you add extra cheese or anything else you pay for, your money will get wasted.
