A big thank you for the prompt help with the menu and billing. Kudos to the entire team who put their hearts into their work which is beautifully encapsulated in the end product. It may be a franchise outlet. But the Kalyan team are the best!! Kudos!!

I had their paneer tikka and chicken tandoori sub. place smelled weird and staff was not attentive to customers. paneer pieces were less and sauces were too much. they didn't even heat it properly. waste of money.

the girl who was making the sandwich denied to extra roast it and also denied to add extra lettuce even though I put only 3 veggies on entire sandwich (this request is usually accepted at all subways I've visited) , after the girl denied to my request other girl started laughing as if she made some 'brave' move denying the customer, one of the worst moments i had, made me feel like denying the sandwich on the spot but i didn't do it coz I'm not an a-hole like them.

Turn back! Turn back now! This ain't anything like the normal sub you've might have had anywhere else. Very honestly speaking I'd prefer eating a vada pav over this sub-par sub anyday. Least attention to the mentioned details, they'll just provide you with bread, sauces as per their availibility/desire and above it all, this outlet manager's barely bother about your satisfaction. So, Turn back NOW!!!

i ordered a salad and usually subway cut them into small pieces using a stone grinder but this kalyan outlet gave me into big pieces not even shredded i dont like it
