Being a sub fann always.. It was nice to walk straight into the foodcourt and banng thats my place subway right there.. But sadly i wasn't welcomed as you receive welcome at even MacDonald's next to it.. I was said straight "madam lettuce khatam hogaya hain.. "" I was like ok to which i said sooo??? The girl who was the one serving said nai am informing as she got cold look from me.. Well just imagine you pop up for chai at local chai wala aur wo boley.. Madam chai patti nai h khatam hogayi h aap chai matt piye ya phir ek kaam karey kal ajaye.. Just imagine that tone used and am there right in front about to ask which all bread available and am said straight on my face lettuce isn't available.. Please let me first begin with your service provider needs training.. Secondly not every sub needs lettuce loaded, sub taste yum without the crunch of fresh lettuce too but then saying that it isn't available n i see rest all veggies thr n u make me feel i don't wana order wasn't right.. I yet said thanks for informing but i would yet order my footlong soo please tell me the breads available soo here they go the two one guy n one lady at the outlet give each other that look n then am served my sub my way.. It never happens like that but i really feel no matter you're running late or off veggies you can first listen and then when they are eager to place order you inform them that your sub won't be served with lettuce as we are running off it on our salad.. Soo the customer knows that he will be served his or her sub.. Not ki nai hai n u make them feel like don't order.. Aisa kabhi kuch hua i don't spoil my mood i stand there and make them place the order.. While i watched others said the same n walked away giving the same expression as soo what?? Look i made them serve me what all i wanted on my sub as the chicken was available, onion, capsicum, olives, cheese, jalapeno, sauces n thank fully the griller too was working.. Soo its just that stop acting lazy.. If you don't wana vacant bcoz thr are others who can replace.. This ws my second visit and again the same ignoring first i had to put up the review this time.. Well thank you for serving me.. But sorry i couldn't be generous enough to provide you more than 2star..as i would rather opt for the santacruz outlet than kurla.. Thank you. God bless.

They have the worst staff there, specially the billing person he is so rude and impolite , I was waiting in line for my billing, and this other lady tried to cut the line so I told her that I was ln Aur b before her and she moved but the cashier instead of understanding the situation told me I don’t fight, first of all I wasn’t even fighting, all I said to the other lady was I was in que before you. And when I told the cashier that I am not fighting, I asked her politely, he started giving me an attitude. Horrible experience, worst staff

Staff at subway is rude . Specially Priya and Sunil were the worst staff. Do not have courtesy to talk to customer politely. They asked me why did I ordered from Zomato. I should order directly from subway . And prepared the sandwich long back . No delivery partner was assigned to me . I paid full amount but they refuse to give me

I added cheesy pull to my subway however it was so less that couldn't feel the taste of cheese .....while preparing i asked him to add more cheese he said only 30 gms of cheese is added for cheesy pull .....this is a Marketing and selling gimmick....my experience was Totally disappointing at phoenix Mall food court at Kurla

Im a regular customer at the subway and a piece if cheese slicI was not informed the extra charge of the cheese added. Additionally, the staff took the payment of Rs 520 and the bill amount was Rs 502. The staff didn't return the amount until asked. This behavior was highly unprofessional and the staff

the staff at this location is absolutely horrible. They are not prompt with their service and don't talk to customers well. they focus more on talking to each other than serving the customers

This is the worst Subway outlet one can be to. I ordered for a Sub and it wasn't prepared for 45 minutes. I called 6 times and no one answered the call. Totally disappointed.
