Though subway is very well known sandwich outlet but service here is going bad to worse.We are frequent eaters at subway we normally order for home delivery (which is always refused or most of the time phone not answered, so we go and get our order) at powai outlet. On Sunday 15th July 2012 I ordered for one sub of the day & one veg shammi. It was refused to be given as home delivery,though my total billing was above 200/- as per their norms for free home delivery.It was denied saying that they do not deliver sub of day. And when I asked them to mention the same on their home delivery page, the manager explains that the same cannot be done????

I love subways coz they have this chicken salad and some of the subs are really nice❤️ But sub of the day disappointed me many times you guys( subways) should improve that thing else everything is nice

Chicken Tikka 6 inch sandwich with all the veggies, and Barbeque and honey mustard sauce. The sandwich serves one person easily.

I have never had such a bad subway sandwich in my life! First of all, they will add very few veggies, even when you ask them to add a little extra the person actually did not take the veggie from the tray but enacted as if he was adding veggies(you think people are blind). The quantity has gone down to another level. Totally a waste of money, specially at this outlet. Also when i asked for a meal, i could see toasties being made, they told me it was unavailable. 🤷🏻‍♀️ pathetic!

This is worst outlet guys never order from this place. They fool customer they take money for cheese and while preparing they dont put make sure you never order from this outlet as delivery because in delivery they literally fool their customer. Guys believe us this people are very unprofessional dont order from this place. They might even fool you and reduce some of the veggies also. Make sure you check this guys can fool and try to optimize their cost. And they ste very unprofessional.

This outlet has always been bad. Mainly coz of the staff. They’re rude, inefficient, careless and rude. The subs are super dry. With scarce toppings and teeny amounts of sauces. The salesmen don’t care which customer is in line and has been waiting. They serve anyone they feel like!! 😤 And they’re just not interested in selling or in good customer service.

i had ordered roasted garlic bread with aloo patty and panner tikka the worst service i told it is to hard tht we cannot eat n told the man tht we cannot change garlic is nly hard we cannot change .Very rude person who was in counter n worst service very disappointed he told us u pit review we I'll c so have put review i eat many tyms but the worst service.
