Subway in infinity mall is very good outlet. Very good place to hangout with friends. The Italian bmt sandwich is my favorite But what more good about this place is the quick service and friendly staff

Andheri lokhandwala outlet of subway is much better than many of its outlets. The ambience is good unlike many othe outlets Location- 9/10 Service- 8/10 Ambience- 9/10 Food- 8/10

My favourite spot when I am at any food court. The Paneer tikka and Chicken tikka Subway are totally value for money with lots of Veggies and sauce.

Great subs with king size which makes both stomach and mind happy.I ordered the seekh kebab sub which was big in size and had a great taste.

So I ordered the "new" 3 cheese melt subway from this restaurant! when I received my order, this new sub was nothing like the description says. the aloo Patty was completely missing from the sub and all it contained was some veggies and some cheese! I took a photo of the same and sent it to Zomato wherein they refused to help me saying that the restaurant said they put the patty in it. I then sent the picture directly to the restaurant manager. he called me and told me that the newly launched subs are like that only. we do not put too many veggies or sauces in it. and we don't put the whole patty but just a few pieces of it. he then went on to mark the places in the photo of the sub that I had shared with him trying to show me where he thought the patty pieces were! I am attaching the images and if anyone can spot the patty for me pls do let me know. pls avoid ordering from this outlet because apparently they are only sitting there to loot and cheat the customers by charging 300 for nothing but bread and some veggies! absolutely disappointed with the quality of the subs and with zomato's lack of interest in trying to solve this query. god knows why they are charging such high fees when all they can say is we can do nothing about this. !

We asked for 2 sub of the days. The guy gave us chicken strips which wasn't the sub of the day but he said it is the sub of the day. As we know the charges are around 176 with taxes ( which i paid 2 weeks back for the sub of the day ) he refused to give me the bill and instead said he will give the pic which I have attached. Very unexpected to cheat daily customers. I have been eating since so long from Subway and this is unsatisfactory. Plz take some action
