This outlet is in Thane West, so I ordered Veggie Delight Sandwich. It had a great combination of onions, olives, peppers. The bread used was fresh and all the sauces used were good in taste. They have wide variety in Non Veg Sandwiches too.

Not fresh . And a well made sandwich . Quality gone down . Previously they where good . They need to improve on their delivery orders . They where good before the pandemic .

I had some time around and thought of giving subway's brewed coffee a try here. Ordered the coffee to the staff, a guy who wears specs & was the only member at the outlet working, where he asked me to sit and wait with no further clarity on time. So, I sat there for like 4-5mins. and saw that the staff was preparing some subs., believe me I was the only customer at this outlet, may be of delivery and when I asked him that how much more time he will take to serve a cup of coffee? Here's his unexpected response came - "Don't you see that I am working alone" That's where I lost my temper and told him that stop being shitty & arrogant where you should have told me politely of the time you want me to wait and not just ask me to wait with no reason for a simple cup of machine coffee. Place like subway need not have to downgrade by deploying such low IQ staff.

The bread was wrong, it had close to no meat, the sauces were all wrong! It was the most aweful Subway i have eaten in my lifetime. This store is particularly a problem as they don’t add meat in non veg subways ever.. It’s the 4th or the 5th time i have experienced this.

We are dining in subway where there is a combo offer to combine the food with cold coffee at 119 but attendant Vijay said that manager refused to give that combo and made us pay 149 each

Pathetic food quality, the roti was stale clear was breaking in pieces, no sauces were added. One wrap wasn’t even wrapped in a paper. Tastes 0 Do not order in from subway ever
