This being only 1 km away I literally order from a 3 km away outlet whenever I feel like having a subway because the customer service is not that great

As an avid Subway fan who has visited over 30 outlets across India, I can confidently say this is by far the worst one yet. The overall quality of food is subpar — ingredients don’t taste fresh, the portions are inconsistent. When it comes to delivery, the experience is even worse — cold, soggy subs that feel like an afterthought. It felt like they are doing cost cutting by not having all the veggies I think the staff or the whoever is running this outlet needs to visit the BKC outlet and take some notes

Pathetic they send food that’s half done and not at all worth have been eating subway for a long the most worst service have received order a veggie delight and received bread with onions and mayo that’s it just don’t order from here

Waited almost an hour! Subway is my favourite go to place and it can never go wrong but this was worse experience at this branch! Training needed to staff. Very unprofessional behaviour. Avoiding this subway branch!

Understaffed and inadequately trained staff. Vegetables aren’t fresh, cucumbers were bitter. Overall not a satisfactory experience

They send some or other items missing in the order . Their phone line is always out of order . Hopeless !
