Suchali’s Artisan Bake House is located in Lokhandwala and it is on the main road hence easy to find. The outlet is decent in size and seatings are available both inside and open air. They have kept all their offerings in display plus the walls have information about their good breads. Loved the wooden seatings. The menu is great as it provides a lot of options from bakes, mains and beverages. Prices are not high and the quantity served is good. Went here for dinner and the service by staff Ajinkiya, Faizan & Tabrez was good as they were attentive. Will explain my food experience in brief as leaving the lemon pie & Mushroom Croque Monsieur I loved eating everything. Didn’t liked both as the tanginess was super strong. Their cookie is a must try and croissant plus other savoury items were also fresh and tasted food. Loved the sandwich and the beverages tasted nice. Overall every item tasted great. What We Had - Sea Salt Brownie Crinkle Cookie. Chicken Sausage, Smoked Barbecue & Cheese Croissant. Chocolate & Hazelnut Croissant. Four Cheese Torsada. Spinach & Feta Escargot. Mushroom Croque Monsieur. Paprika Grilled Chicken Sandwich. DESSERT~ Lemon Meringue Pie. BEVERAGES~ Dark Chocolate Milkshake. Regular Mocha. So my visit at Suchali’s Artisan Bake House Lokhandwala was a successful & delicious cafe experience.

I love exploring cafes , this was pending for me. I tried pasta and spaghetti. but sorry to say it failed. it was nothing like the description and what it should be. it was like a thick paste I was eating. so main menu is no for me . I haven't tried thr coffee . Wil try it soon and wil surely review it. . but I think most of people open cafes and are more Interested in opening branches instead this they should b dedicated to thr qwality and checkups. one more thing . u badly need to maintain hygienic. specially in washrooms . u can't compare the level starbucks take care . I m not comparing but still I would mention these are impt issues.. your staff needs professionalism more to b true. I hope they come up with good management team to luk after it .. Thanx

While I’ve generally been a big fan of Suchali’s, I was recently disappointed with the Nutella Strawberry Croissant. While the description suggests that there is a fresh strawberry filling, the croissant in actually didn’t have a single strawberry nor strawberry jam or compote within. The only “strawberry” element is the light glaze on the top. When raising a complaint with the restaurant, the restaurant was defensive and claimed that the Nutella paste is mixed with a strawberry paste, though that did not seem to be the case

We were very regular customers of Their sourdough bread.But now they have very smartly reduced the weight of the bread while keeping the price exactly the same. Since they donot give net weight on zomato, we only found out once we received the bread home. besides 2 times , the bread was very stale despite this exorbitant price. Not happy !!
