Extremely disappointed with my visit to this place especially known for it’s pav bhaji. Ordered 2 pav Bhaji’s. The bhaji served was absolutely cold. Called Mr Das the steward & complained. He took back only 1 bhaji without even caring to ask whether the other required to be replaced / heated also. Not only that, he got back the same bhaji again without heating it. Bhaji is supposed to be steaming hot which it was not. Bhaji taste was very mediocre also. There is a Zomato award hanging on the wall. Don’t think they deserve it at all. Most waiters are too casual about customers and don’t seem to care about providing good service. Many other places in Mumbai serving far better pav bhaji. Money wasted

shittiest food after 20 mins of waiting time we ordered nachos which had only cheese no salsa just cheese which tasted awful and bell peppers with no seasoning cheese paav bhaji as sukhsagar is famous for their paav bhaji but it was shit as well it stinked as if it was prepared in coconut oil when told the waiter he said it is because of cheese is it that people never order cheese paav bhaji at any place ? and if it is cheese why is bad cheese even served to customer ? the pav had butter but still it was hard and difficult to pull it off they use unbranded cheese, butter and oil it seems 0 stars is what they deserve

we had ordered a pav bhaji and worst taste and also they wouldn't give salad or anything like we get in other restaurants and the price was more than normal restaurants. to top it off upi machine had some issue payment got debited thrice and msg came after 10 minutes and now they are saying we won't pay back the amount wait for refund for a week or enquire with bank we don't have and won't pay... I would request to Boycott the restaurant since same can happen with others and may have happened.... This clearly a case prima facie of fleecing customer it seems...

I had ordered food from zomato and estimated delivery time was 50 minutes surprisingly even after 85 minutes food preparation was still going on , number shared on zomato app to connect with restaurant is of Mr. Vijaya Poojary who never picks up the call , i tried calling that number for more than 15 times but still he didn't pick up nor did he picked up the call from zomato support team , delivery person was standing there for more than 25 minutes still no one gave answers why it is taking too long for order preparation. Truly disappointed

Giving one star only because there’s no option for zero. Food was terrible, service somehow worse. Paneer malai tikka? Not available Pav bhaji? Embarrassing. Mushroom chilli & masala papad? Both mid :D yes even the papad 💀 Only thing they nailed was the water,and even that felt accidental. Definitely not worth your time or money avoid this place like your ex.

THERE WAS A ROTTEN SMELL COMING FROM TAWA PULAO, WHICH IS WHY WE COULD NOT CONSUME, STILL THEY CHARGED US FOR THE SAME PULAO. WHEN ASKED FOR EXCHANGE AGAIN THEY PROVIDED THE SAME PULAO, WHICH WAS WITH ROTTEN TASTE AND SMELL, AND THE STAFF BLAMED US INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING THEIR MISTAKE. BAD TASTE!! BAD FOOD!! BAD QUALITY!! BAD STAFF!!

very pathetic experience food quality is really not upto the mark very upsetting when this turns into a brand people stop giving right quality and its very wrong on the staff part that they were very rude very third grade place don't waste your money and come and stand in que for pathetic food

Very bad and rude staff, we asked for coffee, they bluntly refused without a just reason, timings were not mentioned in the menu so we asked for it at 8.00 pm and they said coffee and milk is over. Why are they running a restaurant if they don’t have milk ?

poor management. cold masala pav, under cooked dosa, smelly nachos. waiters and manager that argue. non ac sukh sagar is good. this one is very bad.
