Subdeep restaurant is located opposite to ghatkopar station west above bharat cafe 1 floor It takes 3 to 4 walking from station lovely place for family dinner and for long conversation or get together. They serve best shahi korma and punjabi Naan

Sundeep restaurant located in Ghatkopar West, above Bharat cafe, hardly a minute of walking distance from Ghatkopar station I had heard so much about this restaurant so I visited with my friends for dinner. But it was all just hype. The quality of food was good but quantity was too bad plus food was so cold. Staff was not at all attentive We ordered, Tandoori chicken which was well marinated, good in taste. Then for main course we ordered murg Afghani and murg makhanwala both were cold, very less in quantity which was served with garlic naan, even that was bad.. Then finally Chicken schezwan rice was average as usual In taste. Services were too slow, even AC was not working properly.. Overall our experience was bad, a big disappointment Food: 3/5 Service: 1/5

Ohh this was bad. Really bad! I can't even remember the last time it was this bad! Be it food, or the service, it was pathetic! We had been seated for more than 30 minutes and no one came to take our order! Every time we call someone, their only reply was 'One minute, I'll come to your table next!', only to never been seen again for the next 10 minutes or so! Finally when we managed to place an order for Masala Papad, they took ages to bring such a simple dish. When I say ages, I mean another 20-25 minutes! Fast forward to billing, just look at their audacity - We had ordered 3, they had billed us for 4 while actually they had served us just 2!! We also made the mistake of ordering some starters, which tasted horribly bad! The Honey Chilly Potatoes were dunked in honey and had no chilly in them whatsoever! It was so bad we had to leave the place and find another one for our dinner! Wish Zomato had a 0 star system! Happy Burping???

“Very disappointing experience despite having a confirmed Zomato booking for 6 people around 10:30 PM. We had already paid for the reservation in advance, but after reaching the restaurant with my family, we were told to wait another 30–45 minutes even though 7–8 tables were clearly empty. The staff said they were short-staffed, but then what is the point of accepting bookings if you cannot manage guests properly? After finally getting a table, the service was extremely slow and poorly coordinated. Even basic items like a Sprite or a water bottle took 20–25 minutes to arrive, and most food orders took around 30–40 minutes. The staff seemed completely unorganized and there was no proper customer handling. Overall, the experience was frustrating and badly managed. A restaurant should not accept paid reservations if they cannot provide timely seating and service. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.”

I wish there was an option to give no star lizard,mouse everything on the house with pathetic food ,zero service. the only positive thing is I get boiled chana complimentary with drinks.
