We ordered two Sukha bhel but received one Sukha and one Ooli bhel. Except for that the bhel is really delicious here.

Here's the worst incidence we came across on 28th May, 22, Sunday at around 3pm So we personally went and bought 8 Kesar Lassi from Surbhi Sweets Borivali East branch to which we were the last buyers as the lassi was over. In the evening in the very 1st glass of Lassi we found "Lizard Shit". Attached is the images. Had called the manager to complain but he's quite scared that he will loose his job and he hasn't escalated this issue to his senior. This is how terribly Surbhi Sweet Brands plays with Costumers health and shock to see that this brand doesn't follow any Hygeine guidelines as per FSSAI... Have been following up with them but they have stopped responding to our calls now. Can anyone please share Surbhi Brands FSSAI nos, have to log a complain about the same with FSSAI. Any lead or help will be appreciated.

I regularly order from Surbhi. I received 3 dahi kachoris (as ordered), but they had a stale smell emitting from them. The Mayo Frankie didn't have a drop of Mayo. If you don't believe me then try calling the restaurant. Some guy from UP answers the phone. He'll then ask you to call his boss, but he doesn't have his number though.

It was disgusting to be there. They don't follow any hygiene standards! I had sandwich, frankie. The person touched his own lower portion of body and with his same dirty hands gave the food. The management needs to teach their staff a sound hygiene practise! Never gonna have there.
