Extremely disappointed with the recent experience. Pani puri is now served with boondi instead of the traditional moong or batata, which completely changes the taste and not for the better. The quality, taste, and especially quantity have drastically gone downhill over time. Despite the price remaining the same, the portions have shrunk significantly. The lassi, which earlier used to be generously sized and flavorful, now comes in a much smaller portion and tastes bland. The pani puri is overwhelmingly salty, and neither the methi chutney nor the pani has any real flavor. Sadly, it’s not just one item everything from their Frankie to even the once-reliable vada pav now tastes subpar. Honestly, nothing tasted good. Won’t be trusting this brand again.

worst pani puri ever . Pani was not filtered very salty they mixed with normal water and still didn't improve.
