Swati Snacks does not need a review. It is an institution. Awesome food, quick service, extremely clean kitchen. I hope they don’t become a chain with dozens of outlets and eventually fail.

Order tea and coffee. Both were good but the pricing is on higher side. . Ordered Chutney Panki, this was good. Then ordered Handva. It was ok ok. Not very crispy not very soft. Dahi batata puri was also good. Would recommend. . Best was paneer lifafe. The garlic and onion paste inside the paneer lifafe was superb. Only this dish would recommend or I would again go for if I went here again. Ghee roast dosa, again pricing is on higher side. . I would go to cafe madras or rama shray again rather than swati snacks. Considering the pricing here it is one time go. Went here because nearby there was an event. Won't specially visit this place just for food.

We went to Swati Snacks for a weekend dinner. They had a varied menu, with a lot of healthy options as well. We tried their Panki Chutney and Moong Dal Chilla and both dishes were very tasty. The flavours are simple, would definitely recommend this place for a nice dinner or lunch with family. Taste - 4/5 Quantity - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Value for money - 4/5

The perfect place to indulge in a whole variety of Chaats and Gujarati delicacies. This was my first visit to Swati snacks and I absolutely loved it.. The service is super prompt and efficient too.. I highly recommend the restaurant, but I must add that it can be a bit pricey for Chaats, when compared to other places in Bombay!

Swati Snacks is one of the legendary places serving traditional gujarati snacks for years now. This place was on my bucket list for a while. The place stands out in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. The service is very quick. The menu is completely vegetarian. There are multiple options to choose from traditional snacks to chaat and even beverages and desserts. They have a chalkboard which has some specials for the day, so do check them out before placing your order. Coming to the food, the quality is decent and the taste is also just satisfactory. The quantity was not great. The prices are too steep and the value for money quotient is low. I guess being a snacking place it doesn't have the kind of dishes that can validate the kind of price being charged. However this is subjective and debatable basis prior experience. Some dishes that I had were as follows: 1) Panki Chutney which was something new to my taste buds. It deserves mention since it's steamed in leaves to perfection. Cost: 230 2) Jowhar Makai Bhel which was again something new and tasted pretty okay. The quantity for the price didn't do it justice. Cost: 260 3) Dahi Batata Puri: The dahi was not as cool as expected. Dahi was whisked well but the flavours from the chutney's didn't have the punch and flavours many in our city deliver. Pretty mild experience. Cost: 215 Overall the service and the one time experience of having something new could be a reason to visit. However a second visit seems dicey especially because of the steep pricing for an evening snack

Since 1963 but can not serve full menu on prime day and at prime time. Dahi wada- finished ragda patice- finished Bedai sak shreekhand- shreekhand finished Da beli- finished Sabudana khichdi-finished Two more item on their special menu which were finished Four of us and we just had to went out with eating one item only. Surprise no. 1 - Finished on Sunday at around 9.20 PM. So it was not that we were visiting on any odd day or time. Surprise no. 2- We waited for 1 hour to get the table. Information of non availability of majority of menu provided to us only after one hour of waiting time (i.e. when we get into the table). Why can not they display a board that majority of menu is finished so wait at your own risk. Waiting time is a normal scenario so do not visit if reaching there after 8 PM on weekends.
