Very good staff (The kalyan manager especially) Dutch chocolate and death by chocollate is too good.

Beautiful looking cakes Taste is average except for blueberry cheese cake which is just yumm They charge way much for customisation but end product is definitely worth looking with average taste Ordered wedding cake from here (Dec ‘20) That time they gave good service but now as staff has Changed.. it’s always mess here Still I keep going for blueberry cheese cake so please improve service Cakes are on expensive side though cheese cake are worth

It was a dleivery and Savita from the cake shop missed the message on the cake even after giving ghe instructions. I had to run about taking the cake asking other cake shops to write a congratulations message on it. In the end she has no solution other than sorry. Cake was nice, however staff service is bad

❗️❗️DO NOT TRUST THEM❗️❗️ Sweet county absolutely ruined the best moment of my life. I ordered a cake with raspberry toppings 1 week prior the event date. They assured us you will get the cake and it won't be an hassle. 2 days before the event we called them to assure if everything is as planned and the person who picked the phone said the guy who took our order is not in store and will give us a call in 1 hour. We received no call. 1 day before the event we called again for assurance and we got the same reply again that the guy who took your order is not in the store and will give us a call. Again no call was received. On the day of event we got a call just a few hours before the event that they were unable to find the toppings for the cake. (No remorse on the call) Out of panic we went out to find the berries but sadly we were out of luck. On the event day, I left everything aside and spend 1-2 hour outside looking for things that store assured us wont be an issue. During that period we received no calls or anything else to assure or ask anything. When we went to store to confront, the owner was laughing and showed no remorse for ruining our day. When we asked if the cake is ready except the topping, the owner replied "ha ha cake ready hai bas toping bachi hai" and when we asked to show us the cake, we were in total shock that only the cake was baked and kept, and nothing else was done to it. Since no other vendor took our order at such last moment, we asked the store to make a simple design cake that was doable. ( We did not fought with the owner because we would have not gotten the cake in that case). We tried to salvage from what was there. The owner agreed to make the cake as we wanted and assured us not to worry. After that, we left for our event and asked them to deliver the cake at our event location. During the event, when I looked at the cake I was in total shock. Everything from cake to the basic print we asked to add was HORRIBLE. The print quality was low, white had green tint on it. There was no finishing on the cake. AND THE WORST PART - IT WAS TASTING WORST THAN IT LOOKED. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS SHOP AT ALL. If i can - i will give 0 star rating.

I ordered my son’s bday cake and it was pathetic !!The cake was full of blue color and the color didn’t even came off even after washing our hands. They didn’t even delivered the cake on time it was delayed by 1 hr. Pricing is too high as compared to the service and quality of cake they provide. Pls avoid if possible
