We ordered cake from this outlet through zomato online. It was mentioned that 550gm and in real it was around 250gm, quality was really bad, even got hair inside cake complained to Zomato but nothing happened. really not happy

Visited Emrik Cakes in Charkop, Kandivali West and it’s such a nice spot for dessert cravings! They have a great variety of cheesecakes, pastries, donuts, puffs and even customised cakes. They also have cute gift hampers and soft toys which makes it a perfect place if you’re planning a sweet gift for someone. We tried the Strawberry Nutella Soufflé, Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake, Hazelnut Pastry and a Brownie — everything was really fresh and tasty. The Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake and Brownie were my favourites! The staff was also very friendly and helpful while taking our order. Overall, a great place for evening dessert cravings. Definitely recommended if you’re in Kandivali West!

I m not happy with the cake after so much detail discussion they have not mentioned for the stand they give on rent and need to return also though they charge me for the same even in cake packaging there very small cockroaches the pics were not stick properly when I called them to take the stand they are saying we won't come very rude behaviour from the management after the good brand i believe in them but not happy with the service n the cake also spoil to mood n occasion it was 1 kg Cake 🎂😌😌

worst service and cake.. delivered completely different cake then what it was ordered. and premium fruit cake only had apple n pear.. pathetic experience.. plus way beyond pathetic service. do not order any customized cake from here.. you will face nothing but only disappointment

For the past few years now we have ordered tons of cakes from Sweet County Kandivali. Like always, we ordered one OF THEIR VERY EXPENSIVE cakes for fathers day. We had guests over too. The cake was filled with ROTTEN mangoes and on calling them and telling them this - the management insisted that they wanted to send a replacement - I told them if they can send one soon then only they should otherwise I am ok with them not taking remedial actions too. They promised to send the cake but did not send one let alone in a few hours but the entire day. Rotten cakes + bad service + false commitments = This shop So sad that the shop we trusted for multiple occasions has stooped so low.

literally the best cake shop ever! Have been a loyal customer of sweet county since 2019. The cakes are super fresh and every bite tastes like heaven... must try!!
