I had booked a table with District app and was told that I can order through the same and pay as per the discount. The abysmally unprofessional staff of yours because I happened to use a discount available because you made it available on a 3rd party app had the audacity to reduce the quantity of food I got on the plate. What kind of standardisation is this? I got less than half serving of nachos and fries. Disgrace to the “INTERNATIONAL” brand you’re running or trying to build because you just lost a customer.

Forced us to opt for takeaway when people were still dining in and also forced me to change my order option from wheat taco to supreme taco for a platform based payment option even gave a torn bill for QR to redeem on the next order While the Taco was good but not the one I wanted and the service at other outlets has been far better than the one given by staff Nikhil who was also talking in an arrogant tone

I went in having the everything at 149rs offer but the staff charger me regular prices made me pay and then later removed all the items then again made it seem they applied the offer and now they are telling me that the offer will not be applicable as you’ve already paid the bill. Please look into the matter if the offer you’ve put up is not being utilised then whats the use?

they were busy in making online orders and kept the customer waiting at the restaurant. we had to wait upto 40 min.
