Had an amazing time at the Tap for Holi party! 🌈🎉 The energy, music, colors, and overall vibe were fantastic. Everything was well managed and the event was full of fun, laughter, and great memories. A special thanks to Prashant Sir for managing the event so smoothly and making sure everything ran perfectly. Your efforts really helped make the celebration enjoyable for everyone. Pathetic experience we had last night wen me & my 9 month pregnant wife went there for a breather. This man called Prashant met us at the entry point looking at us he said my wife is not allowed in music area but she will have to sit in garden which is a smoking zone we said bt that's not good for her health on which he says cannot help it it's clubs policy on which wen we got furious that u don't want us to enjoy music bt inhale smoke in front of other guests who were coming he denied and said I didn't said no I said I ll check. My wife said what a liar u r he shouted at her saying HELLO CONTROL YOURSELF, on which I said behave we r your guest n he inreturn he also shouted on top of his voice and came as close to my noise as if he was just abt to hit me. Later wen we said we want to meet the management he didn't care at all. This arrogant bugger is no welcoming to the club like others where we went sometime ago like Osteria, SMAA etc where they were more than welcoming and gave us the choice to sit and enjoy as per my wife's convenience. @mgmt you can ask any of your valet or security or even check the cctv the behaviour of your bouncer so called welcome desk person or so. Extremely disappointing and unhygienic experience at TAP Restro & Bar, Shastri Nagar, Andheri West. We found a cockroach moving on our food plate while we were eating. When we brought this to the staff’s notice, instead of apologizing or handling the situation seriously, we were told that it was “quite normal” because pesticide treatment had happened a day before. This kind of response is completely unacceptable when it comes to food hygiene and customer safety. Finding insects in food itself is shocking, but the casual attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. Definitely not expected from a restaurant serving customers daily. Would definitely not recommend unless hygiene standards and staff behaviour improve significantly.

It’s a scam. They offer you buy 5 drinks and get 5 free after increasing per drink price as compared to normal menu. They give you 3 menus for drinks and then convince you of their fake offers. They lure customers to order aggressively and then the bill is a shocker. Be very careful.

since I was pregnant.. they didn't allow us up on the dance floor and asked us to sit in the smoking zone instead coz that's the Policy. this man was a liar and when confronted in front of other guests.. he lied saying he Never spoke all this

Very bad service They tried to harass me and my partner just to mint money
