I was asked to pay the 10% service charge until the manager said it’s not compulsory( very kind of him) . But their waiter was rude and he walked off as I was talking to him. Otherwise a great place and great vibes.

Today, my brother and I had a disappointing experience at Teatro restaurant. We ordered a triple Schezwan rice, and to our shock, we found a cockroach in our food! 😞 As someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet, this was completely unacceptable. It's concerning that such a thing could happen in a restaurant, especially one located at a prime spot like Shivaji Park, Dadar, where many people visit regularly. While the restaurant did waive our bill as a gesture of compensation, that doesn't excuse the lack of hygiene and cleanliness. This could happen to anyone, and it's essential for restaurants to take hygiene seriously to avoid health risks. I urge everyone to be cautious when dining out, especially at places where hygiene standards seem to be overlooked. Let's all prioritize our health and choose restaurants that maintain proper cleanliness. Stay safe and always be aware of where you're eating! 🙏

I revisted this place with a bunch of friends last weekend. Apparently I had loved their food, service, requests last time… all over it was a perfect hangout spot with my friends… But this time they stole beers from our beer buckets. Literally 2 beers were missing when we left the table unattended. Who puts an empty beer bottle with the cap on in the beer bucket??? Apparently thats what the waiters told us. Also, they blamed us to be too drunk to count. I wasn’t even drinking, my friends were! Be careful when you visit this place, count your own beers! Also, its a shame that I would be never visiting the place I loved so much, ever again!!

Food quality is good. However the restaurant did not allow payment via Zomato, raising the question of the utility of Zomato Gold and why the restaurant is even listed on the platform. Nowhere it was mentioned that Zomato payments would not be accepted. Additionally, they charged a service tax, and when asked to remove it, they offered a 10% discount as a compromise. It's injustice to the customer. we pay extra fees for Zomato gold. zomato please review it.

The staff at the restaurant was rude and we were asked to maintain discipline at a bar where there is constant music going on plus we were also asked to accommodate after we were already there for more than 2-3 hours to one table for 5-6 of us to a small table which was uncomfortable as the sitting is pathetic and the service was terrible. So guys, find urself another place to enjoy.

This place was awful. We had a Zomato reservation for the IPL final, but the staff was rude and denied us our table, even seating two people at a "table for four" they'd just told us we couldn't have. The food was bad, and we regret spending any money there. We'll never go back.
