Absolutely disappointing experience. The Amritsari Chole tasted more like sweet tomato chutney or sauce rather than the authentic dish. When this was brought to the attention of the captain and chef, we were simply told that “Amritsari Chole is supposed to taste like this.” However, the taste was far from what one would expect from a class restaurant. It was overly sweet and lacked the authentic flavor and quality that should matter in a dining experience. Please do not experiment with customers’ expectations when it comes to taste. We paid the bill, but left with complete dissatisfaction. Overall, a pathetic and highly unsatisfactory experience.
