Our visit to Thai Chilli China was nothing short of a nightmare. The service was unbelievably slow—our drinks took ages, and the food arrived cold and unappetizing. The staff seemed completely disinterested, making it nearly impossible to get any assistance. But the absolute worst part? A rat jumped on us while we were dining! It was horrifying and disgusting. When we alerted the staff, they barely reacted, as if this was just another normal evening at their restaurant. No apology, no concern—just complete negligence. This place is a health hazard, and the management clearly doesn’t care about their customers or basic hygiene. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

Hi guys just ordered Chilli garlic chicken, chicken Hakka noodles and egg noodles from the restaurant. Al non veg food was smelly and was not feasible to eat . I have been ordering food from this restaurant often however food quality has become worst over a period time. Won’t recommend fellow eaters to order food from them.

No water service, cold noodles, no condiments with noodles, order took almost double the time. Biryani taste was so bad. Casual behavior of staff after complain also no improvement on this. Very bad service, not coming again.

Un-cooked food which cannot be described. We had to move out after paying the entire bill. They have lost it.
