Thambii located in matunga east. Best place for south indian food. They have all varieties of south Indian food. Quality and quantity was good. Food was amazing. We have ordered idli meduwada & Rava dosa. Rava dosa was super tasty and crispy. The ambience was pretty cool. The staff was so helpful and cooperative. Overall rating : AMBIENCE : 5/5 QUALITY : 5/5 QUANTITY : 5/5 FOOD : 5/5 OVER ALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.😊

Thambbi its located in matunga east. Best place for hangout with friends. They have speciality in South Indian foods. And there's lots of verities in South indian food. Quality and quantity was good. The ambiance was so cool and pretty. Here's staff was so friendly and helpful and behaviour also good. Overall Ambiance : 5/5 Qaulity. : 5/5 Quantuty. : 5/5 Food. : 5/5 We have good experience

Well the love for south Indian food took me to this place.. The ambience is good... 4/5 The staff is courteous.4/5 And the food has really good quantity,quality.5/5 The food which I ordered was besibele bat, and curd rice basic south Indian...

I have been waiting to eat from this place for such a long time. One day I was looking at the menu but my friend told me that the dosas are not very good. And another senior of mine had recommended the butter podi idli. So I thought of ordering something new and tried butter podi uttapam. Butter Podi Uttapam: The taste of the uttapam was enhanced by the butter podi. The sambhar given along was great in taste but the chutney was average. The quantity was enough for one moderate eater. 4.5/5 on taste. Dilkush Dosa: This was like a pizza dosa. It was having ingredients of an Indian Pizza inside with a cheese and batata bhaji. The taste was good but the one I had at Cafe Mysore was much better. 3.5/5 on taste. Overall a very good experience with this place and I would update the review as I order more items in the future. Wanna fulfill your cravings for South Indian food then you should visit this place. Its a small place in Matunga which is almost full. They have all the varieties of South Indian food. Quality is best. Quantity is enough. Taste is awesome. Its pocket friendly what else you want? I have been here many times. What I ate: 1. Butter sada dosa: Normal buttery dosa. Soft and crispy. Served with coconut chutney, red chutney and sambar. 2. Neer dosa: Neer dosa is soft and delicious. If your appetite is less than you need one more person to finish this. 3. Rava dosa: Their rava dosa is crispy and buttery as the way you want. This place won't disappoint you ever. Excellent place for South Indian food. The place is super hygienic and I absolutely love their chai. The paper sada dosa with cheese is amazing. Even the idli wada is super delicious. The staff was quite professional and friendly!

So tried out this place in order to satisfy my sweettooth craving. The pineapple sheera is good. The place is recommended to have south indian dishes from dahi rice, khichdi, thalis, coffee, idlis, dosas and much more. I really loved the ambience of this place. Its so soothing due to the dim lights and air conditioned sitting. The staff is also good and service is prompt. Would rate as below: Ambience: 4/5 Food: 3.5/5 Staff: 4/5 Price: 3.5/5

Visit this place once a month as its near to my college .... Place is good but offers no proper space ... seating is really congested. What I like Daal khichdi Masala dosa Thali - chapati Service is quick , but have insects crawling around on the floor

On a peaceful morning I thought i would be served something delicious and lip smacking ...but i was served a burnt dosa! I really don't recommend this restaurant it's a total waste of money ...i think the chef inside should be replaced ...highly disappointed. I mean who can eat a burnt dosa in the morning?
