I have been a patron of "The Banjara Grand" for some time now, indulging in their delectable offerings, particularly the Chicken lollipop and biryani. Without a doubt, I must bestow a flawless 5 out of 5 rating. The culinary experience they provide is beyond exceptional. The ingredients, the flavors, and the mastery over spices are nothing short of awe-inspiring. Every bite is a journey into gastronomic delight. It's safe to say that "The Banjara Grand" has truly mastered the art of culinary excellence. Bravo!

2nd time I visited at Banjara. Best resto to spend time with the family. Food. 5/5 Service 5/5 All servers r polite and helpfull.. Specially thanks to server samm.. Today he was standing on front dest and he welcomeing well... All over exprince was verry good..

The Banjara Grand has provide very good taste and fresh cuisine. The food is really yummy...  Very good food n service is very good staff is very friendly n they're staff name captain Dinesh Nakte n Sahil sanjay jadhav. Good taste must try.

Stuffed bombil is a must try. Nalli nihari was also tasty. The ambience is good and the staff is friendly. A very good option in Virar

Pros: 1. Food quality is good 2. Ambience is good for a family 3. Car parking available 4. Service was OK Cons: 1. Only 2 washroom for the size of this restaurant 2. Waiting time is a lot.... 💀 3. Sides took 10-15 mins to get to the table

The chicken tikka masala was undercooked. Chicken was bland and was raw on the inside inspite of taking long enough to bring our order. The naan was doughy. Disappointed with the food quality.

I had Zomato cashback that I needed to use within 5 days. Before ordering, I specifically asked the staff multiple times whether Zomato payment and cashback were accepted here, and each time I was assured that it was accepted. Based on that confirmation, I proceeded with the dine-in order. However, at the time of billing, the Zomato payment option was suddenly disabled, and both the staff and owner refused to accept the payment through Zomato. Instead of acknowledging the misinformation from their side or showing any empathy, they simply asked me to pay the full bill upfront. On top of this, the overall service experience was very poor. We had to wait nearly an hour for just one dish. The entire experience was disappointing due to the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Banjara. The staff was uncooperative, and the food service was terrible. Despite waiting for 1 hour outside and 1.5 hours for my order, my food was still not served completely. To make matters worse, when I complained to the manager, Mr. Chandan Shetty, he was arrogant and unhelpful. I usually dine at Global Binge, but I decided to try Banjara on Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, it was a regrettable decision. Global Binge remains my top choice for excellent food and hospitality.

koi yaha khana khane mat jana yaha ladki yonko washroom jane nahi dete zomato ke muze bole iske baad washroom mat jana zomato ki ladkiya thik se washroom use nahi karte or tum bar bar aati ho toh maine bola sir mai2 mahine pehele aayi thi aapka washroom use karne

Bad experience with family dinners even after one hour on table dinner not been ready one of worst hotel ever will suggest never visit with family after hour served a starter only among all till desert. One of worst experience
