I came to celebrate an occasion with my colleagues with my seniors and this had to be the worst experience I had in mumbai. The beverages were on time but the service staff had no clue as to what they were doing. I recommend having regular training sessions for them as when I asked my server for black salt, I was told that it was on the table and was pointed towards the black pepper shaker. The barbecue chicken pizza was sad for the lack of a better word. I understand that a BBQ sauce is sweet by nature but this was just a slightly darker version of tomato ketchup. The chicken tikka took about 25 minutes, leading me to belive that it must be cooked low and slow, but the lack of smokey flavour and cold temperature made me realise that it was probably cooked in an oven or tandoor but flashed under a salamander. the portion size of the same was miniscule for the price being charged. if there is a desperate need to come to this place, I'll recommend that you come with you stomach full or go to some other place for food. Highly disappointed

Had the worst experience in BSE Bandra. The waiters serving along with the manager in charge were high and drinking in front of us and behaving in a very inappropriate manner. When the manager was asked to look after the behaviour of the waiter, he went to the bar and had a drink with the same guy. Ill mannered staff ruined the whole experience. Never visiting again.

Be very careful when you’re paying the bill, the staff assumes you are drunk and charges the card higher than the bill amount. This happened to me last night - and when I confronted the staff, he returned the overcharged money as cash!! I had good sense to cross check the bill and the debit message as I was not given the charge slip.

A very bad experience while paying the bill. The staff was trying to arm-twist us into paying service charges when we clearly denied. They were extremely rude and kept on pushing us to pay service charges. Finally they relented. Overall these leave a horrible experience on the consumer.

Toilet were pathetic, felt like local toilet at railway station, Music was not good, DJ was showing resistance to take request to play music even though there was very less crowd. Overall not worth it.

I went today i.e. 17th august 2024 The staff who was handling service on the left side of the bar was pathetic. They dint give me a name. The manager was also bit rude
