Food. Music. Staff was good. Only the MANAGER is rude, attitude, arrogant to talk. Manager behave like a owner of the outlet. They must change the manager for a better business. He don’t even know how to talk with a high class people. 🖕is for a manger of bse (Lower Parel)

We ordered drinks by the bar and the bartender charged us rates way higher than that were displaying on the screen. It’s always better to order on the table 🍻

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. We were three friends looking to have a good time, but the staff and especially the management completely ruined it. The service was painfully slow — we had to keep reminding the waiter about our food. To make it worse, the waiters removed our chairs without even asking, and even dumped our bags (including a laptop) on a chair carelessly. When we raised this issue, instead of apologizing, the General Manager was shockingly rude. His exact words were, *“Madam chillao mat, I manage 100 guests daily, don’t teach me.”* This is completely unacceptable behavior from someone in charge of guest experience. The lack of courtesy, respect, and basic professionalism was appalling. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have given that. Very bad experience — would not recommend at all.

I visited this place on 16 May and my experience was extremely bad. To start with the food was average the service was pathetic and the staff and management were rude and did not pay attention to your request. We literally had to tell multiple times to get anything. BSE used to be one of my favourite places but after this I don't think so. I visited this outlet twice in recent times both times my experience was not good. They are in the hospitality industry but they really need to learn customer service. I am not sure how much attention will be given to this review. I have seen multiple reviews and everyone had the same issue. In spite of that there are no improvements.

On 23 February I had called to reserve a table on which I was told its on walk in basis. Reached there at 5:30 and was told sorry tables are booked. I told them I called for reservations and was told there’s walk in and apparently they had a booking for 7 pm so I asked them we will sit until they are here. When we tried to order first they ask to download the app which is nonsense. And once we did that they said you’ll have to order at the bar table you won’t be served here. It was really the worse experience.

One of the worst bar stock exchange across Mumbai. Been to many branches but this one falls in the worst category in terms of service, unprofessional staff and behaviour. The manager as well is rude and unprofessional. Looks like the place is run by goons and not professional people in the hospitality business. This place fits rightly as an example of worst hospitality and highly unprofessional staff.

Rude, attitude and arrogant behaviour of the staff. They apply service charges for such kind of behaviour. we as consumers have full rights to take off the service charges if the restaurant holds GST number.

the booking was not doneb- they said after 4 pm the booking does not go; also the zomato app was glitching it did not let me use my existing balance
