We were initially denied entry as we did not have a reservation. After informing the staff that we were making an online booking, they agreed to provide us a table, but only for one hour. We accepted this, however, the table allotted to us was in a corner where the AC was not functioning properly, and despite requesting, the staff refused to shift us to another table. We ordered a Pizza and Pad Thai Noodles. To our surprise, the pizza was not prepared using fresh dough and was made on readymade pizza bread commonly available in grocery stores. Considering the price charged, it was quite disappointing. We paid ₹720 for a pizza with hard edges and an underwhelming base. After finishing the pizza, we waited over 20 minutes for the Pad Thai. The restaurant seemed understaffed, and the available staff appeared more focused on attending larger groups. Only after repeatedly following up did we receive the dish. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst Pad Thai dishes I have had and it was made in regular noodles with raw vegetables and an excessively sweet sauce. The place itself has a good ambience and vibe, but the attitude of the staff, service quality and food experience were extremely disappointing.

Worst experience ever. As soon as we visited; a rude lady at table reservation (front desk) stated that they aren't allowing walk-ins due to IPL Final and allowing only prior table reservations. I then booked a table for two on Zomato by paying minimal cover charges and showed her the reservation. Then she discloses that table will alloted only for 90 mins. I wonder why she didn't disclose this earlier. Coming to food - ordered honey chilly potato and got piece of stone in it. Ordered LIIT pitcher - felt thumps up was served with ice and 1% alcohol. I've never had such an experience in any where else. Worst place ever. Coming to the seating arrangement - staff is making people sit on high table right in front of us. We couldn't see the match on screen due to this stupid idea of staff of have high table set up right in front of the screen. We had to convince the staff to not set up a high table in front of the screen. They agreed for some time. After 10 mins - another group was allotted the same table and again there was a blockage to view the match. All in all - this was the first and last visit to this place. No intentions to visit this place again.

Just because it’s IPL final they asked us to leave the table in an hour. They had a rule for the day, which isn’t fair. Even if we book it from zomato they still give a table for 1 hour. And same for walk ins

The 1st table alloted had cooling issue, 2nd table alloted had sitting issue, then the 3rd alloted table no proper service was given. Not at all recommend.
