The food was amazing - stir fry mushroom was outstanding, main course Indian was brilliant, sizzling brownie was truly sizzling. To top it up the service was top notch…Nana was absolutely looking after our table. And the warm hospitality offered by Dickie Makati the general manager knows exactly how to look after his guests. Will positively come here again & again and recommend Basileio to all my friends!!!

I have never experienced such a combination of blatant rudeness, staggering arrogance, and sheer irresponsibility in my life. The hospitality at this place is completely non-existent. From the moment we walked in, the waiters treated us like they were doing us a massive favour just by acknowledging our existence. They are entirely untrained, unprofessional, and display a shocking level of arrogance that is completely unearned. When we tried to address basic issues with our order, they actively smirked and talked back with unparalleled attitude. It became clear very quickly that they lack basic comprehension skills and are utterly illiterate when it comes to standard customer service or handling a simple food order. To make matters worse, we called the manager over, expecting some accountability. Instead, we were met with the absolute pinnacle of irresponsibility. The manager is completely unfit for the job. Instead of defusing the situation, he was defensive, dismissive, and just as illiterate in conflict resolution as his staff. He refused to take any responsibility for the blunders, lacked the basic decency to apologise, and spoke to us with a disgusting amount of condescension. It is clear that the toxic, arrogant culture of this establishment starts from the top down. The entire staff behaves like a lawless group with zero management or discipline. Save your hard-earned money, your time, and your self-respect. Do not step foot into this absolute disaster of a restaurant unless you want to be insulted by an illiterate manager and a bunch of hostile waiters. Absolutely pathetic.

The food and vibe are good. However, the lady at the entrance was very rude and didn’t make any effort to accommodate my request for a low chair, even after I politely asked. The experience would have been much better with a more courteous and accommodating approach. Since i had taken my parents with me they weren’t comfortable sitting on high chairs.

Really sorry to say but not at all value for money charging 575 plus gst fr a veg kolhapuri subzi which was not at all as it should be so pls charge but serve the food according to that.
