Really enjoyed the experience at Belgian Waffle. The waffles were well-made, fresh, and flavorful. Service was quick and staff was courteous, making the visit smooth and pleasant.

waffell was to good i visited the store at 11 pm the there was a rush but i waited for 10 mints i got a cruchy waffell abd behaviour of manger was to good .

we went at around 4pm on a weekday. they were mopping the floors so they asked us not to enter as the floor was drying. which was very odd but we waited. even when the floor dried they didn't call us in. so we went in ourselves. then we went to the counter to order, the worker there told us to wait as the other worker was now mopping behind the counter. that too in a rude and irritated manner. just shut down the shop during cleaning hours if you don't want to serve customers. I left without buying anything

We ordered a chocolate overload waffle dark and the server was serving us a pre cooked waffle kept unhygienically. When asked for a fresh order, he messed up the entire order and started telling us why are you standing here, just take what is available. Just a horrible horrible branch of belgian waffle

The stafff is extremelyyyyyyyy unprofessional ..we went at 4 pm they are telling us that we need to do cleaning so no service like in the middle of the day.than we has question about some offer they didn’t answer it and we asked further questions they told us to call the call center

The service is worst. They serve you cold waffle and when u complain about that they tell you we called your name Mam but did not listen. Worst service ever found even tough after being a regular customer.
