I ordered 2 Waffles which came in stale and soggy. When tried to get a solution the guy on the call kept arguing & disconnected the call in between the conversation. Instead of listening to the customer he was hell bent on proving that he was right and cannot make a mistake

weird behaviour of staff they provide service for swiggi and zomato buy doesn't have value for walking customer open for parcel but doesn't deliver to customer at 12.00 night
