I would give 10 stars to this place if I could. This outlet doesn't need any introduction for obvious reasons. I am a big fan of particularly the "kiki and cream" and "biscoff" waffle topped with kit kat chunks. Yum man!

A scoop of chocolate ice cream, topped with chocolate sauce, topped with waffle pieces, topped with chocolate crumble and yet a disaster. The waffle pieces used as topping where made before hand and were stale and chewy. The sundae looked no where close to how it looks in the pictures. When asked for a spoon the staff passed me a fork. The question is why wud u associate such a mediocre-sub standard sundae to a legend, that too on his birthday? Over the years i have been a great fan of belgium waffles and feel disappointed to not have a good time on my last visit. 4 stars to Belgium Waffle 1 star to the sundae

One of the best Nutella shakes I have had. Waffles are good as well but it gets too sweet and they should also reduce the prices and perhaps expand their menu too.

The staff is very Rude. waffle was good as always but the staff behaviour was as if they are the owners and were looking lazy

After been my favorite place I went over here with my family to have waffle they refused to served saying it close around 3.15am u request them saying they are officially open till 4 am for take away he person name Sameer and Prabhakar Saud it's closed and duty manager have said not to give take away also you can order online from zoma5or swiggy but no takeaway as our Manager have closed in computer system...and they say that customer can order online as we are in hospitality that they is guest no customer I have told them but they qer argue with me saying Prabhakar n Sameer that we are on resignation tomorrow is the last day ..how can you say this to guest as I told them that I am also part of hospitality you can say this to guest that will either can effect on your salary or your experience letter but their body language show that they are least bother about it ...when I said I am taking your pictures you can say no to take away at 3.15am but they refused to take my order and at the end I order online just to have a good memory of waffle but this is going to be my last order I'll not suggest to my friends neither I'll order again from here I had the worst experience I my favorite place ..I'll stop ordering from here ...told will be last order from here the attitude of staff is very bad and rude please tell your staff to improve it ...I no that you company is great but sustain your place ...

The waffles and their taste or the employees are not the issue the issue is that their is an unbearable stench outside and inside the store and to top it off the stores aircondition never works properly no proper comfortable seating facility and poor assthetics inside the store definitely expecting a better quality experience for the amount we shell out to have not expected such low standards at lokhandwala outlet…!!!:(

The worst manager that i have come across in BWC. no receipt of bill ,no manners to talk. Speaks ill of the own brand. Worst experience ever
