The best place to have waffles at! Ordered it a million times and been disappointed even once. The cute notes from the Chefs are also sweet!

The staff were not ready to customise. We had just asked for them to give us a charcoal batter waffle in plain batter for which they were not at all ready. 3 star is rated for food because their waffles are delicious and also when asked to inter change the 2 waffles which we had ordered they did that. But they can improve the service and simply be comfortable in changing the batter and not give us reasons like the batter is checked against what waffles are served. I was not happy with the service and company policies like this does not help in the long run.

Had the worst belgian waffle here. Too thick and hard. Barely any chocolate. It was the waffle of the day (chocolate explosion). Never coming again. The brand really needs to train is staff. This is second belgian waffle that i have struck out of my list of stores in western suburbs of Mumbai.

This review is for the recent order I had placed from this place. The batter tasted really different and the waffle was not even cooked properly. Full waste of food and the mood of my kids was also spoiled. Guys before placing do take reviews into consideration. On complaining about the restaurant the person says we have too many customers right now we can't deliver a new order or not even provide a refund. Really disappointing with the customer service and my money is also wasted.:(:(

pathetic service, even after waiting for half and hour they haven't given us our order, they are just delivering online orders and then they gave excuse that they forgot to prepare, ultimately we haven't got our waffle and we left the restaurant and told them to eat that waffle themselves. very very bad service, don't go there.

I have ordered a waffle box for my daughter and it tastes and smells like some petrol or chemical in it.The whole waffles and money got wasted as zomato is not taking my complaint and the restaurant no. is switched off. They are fraud people.
