BGW better change your team in Oshiwara outlet.. very rude.. the girl at the cash counter doesn't know how to speak to client.. or else you will lose walking customer

Extremely disappointing experience. Had to wait 45 minutes for just one waffle, which is unacceptable. The staff seemed uninterested in even preparing the order. Especially disappointing was the behavior of a staff member, who was rude and lacked basic courtesy. Would not recommend this place based on the poor service and attitude.

Absolute horrible experience at the Oshiwara outlet. The lady at the counter was rude, and didn't know how to talk to customers. She was loud while dealing with customers. No courtesy at all. If this is how you will treat customers, don't think customers would like to visit.

I gave order prior and asked them to keep it ready and made the payment in advance they did not keep it ready and I had to leave without taking my parcel.. and did not even get the refund. worst service.. staff was very rude too
