This is a dessert 🍪 place in Vile Parle East ➡️, The Belgian Waffle 🧇 is located at prime location you can find a lot of cafe's and restaurant around it. They make the waffle 🧇 on the spot served hot 🔥 with all sweet and fresh chocolate 🍫 syrup 😋 and cookies etc. It's a really good place for dessert if you are craving for Waffle's 🧇 however shakes 🥛 are not recommended better options are out there.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY The outlet is let down by its staff Went on night of 14th February 2026, there were only 2 persons in the outlet, one with specs was taking order n cash, other person was preparing the order. The person who was taking the order was so frustrated with his job that he was continuously talking nonsense and the other person did not know how to make waffles, and was making so badly half cooked with little cream/chocolate. These both were treating customers as if they are giving waffles for free and were doing a favour on customers. The outlet was not clean with used tissues lying on the table and lots of mosquitoes. Belgian Waffle Co. customer comes for quality and you are giving garbage. Very very bad experience.

Horrible service at this outlet. Orders were mixed up, and the kitchen staff were using abusive language and engaging in unprofessional behaviour while preparing food, at one point, one of them even fell while fooling around. The assembly counter was visibly dirty, which resulted in my KitKat waffle tasting of honey from a previous order. The waffle itself was poorly prepared, extremely hard on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Overall, very poor quality of food and horrible behaviour from staff.

Very bad service we went to have waffle at night and the guys there were only interested in online orders they were very rude and saying u have to wait for 1/2 hour just for one waffle and there were no customer in the store it was only me and my friends they waited us for like 25mins just to serve 2 waffle and telling online order bohut hai aapko rukhna padega rahena hai toh raho or else u can leave this behaviour the staff shows to the customer

After buying 3 overload takeaway still the person denied to give 1 small box to keep waffle to carry. after spending Rs. 480 still they asked Rs. 20 for the box. While ordering online, they will give the box because they are already charging extra for the box without anyone's knowledge. they don't mention it anywhere. Sad but Truth!

Extremely bad service they said they can’t serve Red Velvet Waffle because it was over, we told them we were okay to wait if they could make but they said no they can’t and within next 10 mins they prepared Red Velvet for another order saying “we got an online order and we could not say no to it”.

Its pathetic services in this outlet they do not have chocolate that is very basic then they wrote on board kunafa waffel when we ordered it was out of stock and i told staff he said we do not have this much to rubbb this all

really had a bad experience they were making waffles without ac or fan it was really unhygienic way of cooking. Just be aware where are you ordering from!
