Visited Bigg Small Cafe & Bar and honestly, it was such a solid experience from start to finish. We ordered a mix of cocktails, mains, and desserts — and not a single miss. The Japanese Smash and Fruity Sickle Mary were refreshing, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. Even the Blue Hawaiian was smooth and nicely done — perfect if you like fun cocktails without them tasting artificial. Food-wise, major win. The Tandoori Chicken Momo was juicy and flavourful with the right amount of spice. The Bangkok Chicken and Ramen Bowl were comforting and packed with flavour — great portion sizes too. The Old Delhi Butter Chicken with Garlic & Cheese Naan was rich, creamy, and properly indulgent — exactly how butter chicken should be. Ending on a high note with the Classic Tiramisu — light, creamy, and not overpowering. A perfect dessert to wrap things up. Service was quick and attentive, and the staff made the experience even better. The ambience is chill and lively at the same time — great for catching up with friends or a relaxed evening out. Overall: great food, good drinks, fair pricing, and a vibe that makes you want to come back. Definitely recommending and definitely revisiting. 💯✨

We didn't knew that this is self service place. food was served on table. Quarter plates were stacked on one corner of table. We served ourselves. main course plates arrived after we finished our half of the main course items in starter plate itself. food taste was good but food became cold by the time it arrived to our table. basic salad, water was served after multiple requests.

The food was really Good! we had Drunken Chilly Prawns, the teriyaki Chicken Baos, and the mushroom truffle risotto! all of them were 5 on 5! will definitely visit again 😍

The food was disappointing overall, but the service was a highlight, the staff is polite, attentive, and genuinely listens to feedback while trying to fix issues on the spot. We started with dimsums that were overly salty, chef special prawns that tasted average and didn’t seem fresh, and Singapore noodles that were bland and not to my liking. Our experience with the food was very bad, so I definitely won’t return for a meal, for the vibe maybe.

Extremely disappointing experience at Bigg Small Cafe. If you’re targeting office-goers for lunch, the absolute bare minimum expectation is timely service — and they failed badly on that front. We waited 40 minutes just for a garlic naan, while the gravy we had ordered earlier went completely cold and practically inedible. This isn’t just poor service, it shows a complete disregard for customers’ time, especially when people are clearly on tight work schedules. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. There was no proactive update, no apology that felt genuine, and certainly no effort to compensate for the fact that our meal was effectively ruined. Expecting customers to pay full price for cold, wasted food after such delays is unacceptable. If you value your time and a basic standard of service, this place is hard to recommend. They seriously need to fix their kitchen efficiency and customer handling — right now, it’s just not worth it.
